Job description:

Cambrian FMS is a Financial Management Service (FMS) dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by supporting them in hiring their field employees, as well as allocating their state-funded budgets.

This company is state-funded. With over 25 years of experience serving people with developmental disabilities in California, the organization provides high-quality customer service tailored to each client’s needs.

Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy in coding and data entry.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist in month-end closing processes by preparing necessary reports related to accounts payable.
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely payments and address any issues that may arise.
Utilize accounting software such as Bill.com and DCI.

Skills

Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Great customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
