Full Job Description

Job Overview
Concentric Security is one of the nation’s leading Perimeter Security Solutions Companies working with federal, state, and local government and commercial organizations since 1996. We deliver a full range of services including assessments, engineering, construction, maintenance, and repairs. We are a physical perimeter security integrator, and we hold one of the most comprehensive GSA Federal Supply Schedules dedicated to homeland security solutions.

Concentric Security, a specialty security contractor/integrator is seeking a full-time seasoned Administrative Assistant in our Montgomery, AL offices. At least 2 years of experience are required. Must be able to provide critical thinking, planning, coordination, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office
Handle correspondence via email and phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
Support office management tasks such as filing, record keeping, and document organization
Answer inbound telephone calls
Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and data entry to ensure high-quality documentation

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative experience preferred, including roles such as receptionist or personal assistant
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proper phone etiquette
Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines in a busy environment
