Downers Grove, ILPay: $24.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30am – 4:00pm

What You'll Do

As an Office Assistant, you'll help keep our office running smoothly by providing administrative support across the organization.

Your responsibilities may include:

Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Greeting customers, vendors, and visitors
Preparing, scanning, filing, and organizing documents
Entering data accurately into company systems
Assisting with correspondence, reports, and other office documents
Assisting with special projects as assigned
Performing other general office duties as needed

Qualifications

Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn
Organized with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
A high school graduate or equivalent

Previous office experience is helpful but not required. We're happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
