Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various procedures and treatments
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred but willing to train if no prior experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer systems for scheduling appointments, managing records, and processing payments
- Basic knowledge of animal husbandry, including feeding, grooming, and exercise needs
