1. Finance Staff (Entry Level)

■ General Responsibilities :
- Review and process accounting vouchers.
- Handle corporate credit card and employee expense-related tasks.
- Support month-end closing and prepare supporting documentation.
- Support external accounting audits.
- Support tax-related tasks.
- Prepare daily cash reports.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
■ Qualifications :
- Familiar with a variety of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks.
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED required.

2. Material Staff
■ Position Title : Material Staff
■ Salary : $54,000–$55,000/year
■ General Responsibilities :
- Support material inventory tracking and data management activities.
- Assist with monitoring inventory movement and material flow.
- Support material planning and coordination based on production schedules.
- Assist with SAP transactions, data entry, and inventory updates.
- Organize and maintain inventory records and related documentation.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy verification.
- Support communication and coordination with suppliers and internal departments.
- Participate in logistics and warehouse coordination activities as assigned.
- Support continuous improvement activities related to material handling and inventory processes.
- Perform other administrative and departmental support duties as assigned.
■ Qualifications :
- Must be fit to wear various types of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), if required.
- Must be capable of basic mathematics and measurements.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal, time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and plant shutdowns.

3. Quality Control Staff (Entry Level)

■ General Responsibilities :
- Assist in inspection and documentation of defects and related quality issues.
- Support implementation of quality directives, policies, and procedures.
- Collect, organize, and submit quality-related reports as requested by the Quality team.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, including monitoring inventory quality and identifying opportunities to reduce defects from receipt through shipping.
- Conduct or support random inventory and quality audits to check process compliance on the production floor.
- Support line audits to help ensure quality specifications and standards are met.
- Support the Quality team in completing SAP transactions, data entry, and system updates.
- Participate in general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to support the Quality department.
■ Qualifications :
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling.
- Willingness to learn quality tools, inspection methods, and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work on the production floor and in an office environment as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- Coursework or hands-on experience in automotive, plastics, or manufacturing preferred.
4. Quality Control Specialist (SMT-Line)

- Collect, organize, and submit quality-related reports as requested by the Quality Team.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, including monitoring inventory quality and identifying opportunities to reduce defects from receiving through shipping.
- Conduct or support random inventory and quality audits to verify process compliance on the production floor.
- Support line audits to help ensure quality specifications and standards are met.
