Association Technologies (AT) is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator (24-30 hours per week) to join our team. In this role, you will support our clients and internal staff while gaining exposure to a variety of technologies, industries, and business operations. What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you'll provide administrative and operational support in a variety of areas, including:

Assisting with monthly billing and accounts receivable activities
Coordinating with consulting staff to track and monitor client support requests
Supporting the ordering, receiving, and shipping of hardware and software for clients and the company
Assisting with client onboarding, including new users, equipment, and account setup
Updating our website and social media channels with company news and content
Supporting sales and leadership teams with marketing initiatives and campaigns
Planning and coordinating company events and activities
Preparing and distributing communications to clients
Providing general administrative support and contributing wherever needed

What We Offer

$21.00-$27.00 per hour, based on experience
Monthly medical insurance bonus (prorated based on hours worked)
Paid vacation and sick time (prorated based on schedule)
Paid holidays (prorated based on schedule)
401(k) with company match up to 4% after 1,000 hours worked
Hybrid work arrangement (approximately 75% in-office, 25% remote)

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years of administrative support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience working with CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Preferred

Experience with ConnectWise PSA (Professional Services Automation)

Where You'll Work - We offer a hybrid work environment designed to support both collaboration and flexibility. During your first 90 days, you'll work from our West Chicago office Monday through Friday so you can get to know the team, learn the role, and receive hands-on training and support. After onboarding, you'll transition to our hybrid schedule, spending approximately 75% of your time in the office and 25% working remotely.
