Join our dynamic team as a Material Analyst and become a vital player in optimizing our supply chain and manufacturing processes! In this energetic role, you will analyze, manage, and coordinate material flows to ensure seamless production and inventory operations. Duties

Monitor and analyze inventory levels using ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), ensuring accurate stock control across multiple locations.
Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast material needs based on production schedules, demand planning, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) data.
Manage supplier relationships by evaluating performance, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials aligned with manufacturing requirements.
Support production planning by coordinating materials availability, optimizing logistics, and implementing lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste.
Oversee materials management activities including inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics to streamline supply chain processes.
Utilize ERP systems to track purchase orders, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy and implement improvements in inventory management practices to enhance efficiency.
Assist in developing strategies for demand planning and supply chain optimization to meet production targets while controlling costs. Qualifications
Proven experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle EBS in a materials management or procurement role.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes including purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning.
Knowledge of MRP systems, production planning techniques, and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent supplier management skills with the ability to negotiate contracts and evaluate vendor performance.
Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory control procedures, and logistics coordination.
Ability to analyze data accurately using ERP tools to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Effective communication skills for collaborating across departments including manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams.
