Full Job Description

Full-Time | 32+ Hours Per Week

Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service? Our growing dental practice is looking for a Front Office Dental Receptionist who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in helping create an exceptional patient experience.

We are more than just a dental office—we also have an expanding Aesthetic division and offer wellness products, making every day unique and rewarding. We are looking for the right person to become a valued member of our team.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
Communicate with insurance companies regarding patient benefits and claims.
Explain treatment estimates and financial arrangements with professionalism and compassion.
Collect patient payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods.
Balance daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
Perform daily administrative and front office duties.
Maintain accurate patient information and documentation.
Help keep the office clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day.
Support team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional phone etiquette.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable discussing financial responsibilities with patients in a respectful and confident manner.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated while also working well within a team environment.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
Dental office experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude and work ethic.
Bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors
