Overview

Join our dynamic organization as a Human Resources Manager and lead our HR initiatives to foster a thriving, compliant, and engaged workforce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Your strategic vision and operational expertise will drive organizational success by cultivating a positive work environment, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring adherence to employment laws. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our company's growth and culture.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes , conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees with effective orientation programs.
Oversee employee evaluation processes, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Administer benefits programs, including payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) administration, and benefits enrollment.
Ensure regulatory compliance management by maintaining adherence to employment & labor law, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, HR legal compliance, and affirmative action planning.
Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts through conflict management strategies and fostering open communication channels.
Conduct regular audits of HR processes including personnel administration, data analysis in Excel, and compliance documentation to uphold confidentiality and accuracy.

Experience

Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced environment with demonstrated expertise in HR department operations.
Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law along with hands-on experience in regulatory compliance management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information tactfully and effectively.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans for talent management, organization design, and training & development programs that support business objectives.
