Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor

Salary: $55.00-60.00/hr. (DOE)

M.A./M.S. Level ABA Supervisor

Salary: $30.00-38.00/hr. (DOE)

Type of Job: Part-Time Positions Available ONLY

Job Location: Greater San Fernando Valley

At IGCN Health Center, our Clinical Supervisor position is an amazing opportunity for those looking to develop their repertoire of skills while working for a supportive, diverse, and self-aware company that values their employee's and client's needs.

You will have unique opportunities to provide mentorship and guidance to highly motivated and trained behavior therapists, all while receiving in depth and ongoing support directly from leadership.

Whether you are newly certified, accumulating fieldwork hours, or an experienced BCBA, all applicants with prior experience are encouraged to apply as we are aware that everyone brings a unique and valuable skillset to the job.

Job Description:

Directly oversee a team of behavior therapists in case supervision of behavior analytic therapy programs.
Develop individualized function-based treatment plans for clients.
Write and submit FBA and progress reports to the Assistant Clinical Director and Clinical Director for review.
Provide BACB-approved supervised fieldwork to individuals pursuing their BCBA and BCaBA certifications if applicable.
Provide BST to parents and therapists to ensure high treatment fidelity with clients.
Play an active role in the agency's clinical trainings and therapist evaluations.

Job Requirements:

Master's degree in ABA, education, psychology, child development, or related field
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience
Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification (For those applying for the BCBA position)
Experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Experience completing FBA and Progress Reports with various funding sources
Completion or pending completion of BACB supervisor requirements (8-hour supervisor training and modules) (preferred but not required) (For those applying for the BCBA position)
