Title: Quality Manager | Architect of Excellence

The Mission:
Most Quality Managers oversee processes. We are looking for a Quality Architect.

As our Quality Manager, you won't just be managing a department; you will be the driving force behind our reputation for precision. You will take full ownership of our quality ecosystem, ensuring that our high-volume production for top automotive and appliance brands remains the industry benchmark.

Your Impact:

Cultivate Excellence: Lead and inspire a multi-shift team, transforming quality from a checkpoint into a core cultural value.
Own the Audit: You are the face of our company during critical customer and regulatory 65audits, commanding confidence through technical mastery and transparency.
Master Compliance: Ensure our QMS is not just compliant to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015, but world-class.
Drive the Future: Use advanced analytics (SPC, MSA) to identify trends before they become issues, translating raw data into strategic production stategies.

Who You Are:
You are a high-energy leader who balances technical precision with strategic vision. You are as comfortable navigating a complex spFMEA as you are presenting a continuous improvement roadmap to the leadership team.

The Essentials:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
The Track Record: 5+ years of high-impact leadership in high-volume manufacturing.
The Toolkit: Expert-level command of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
The Standard: Proven success managing IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 environments.
The Mindset: A data-first approach to problem-solving and a dedicated approach to continuous improvement.

The Competitive Edge (Preferred):

Technical Depth: Specialized knowledge in Injection Molding processes.
Advanced Certification: Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
Industry Pedigree: Direct experience within the Automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2 supply chain. Experience with AS9100.
Precision Tech: Hands-on experience with Zeiss equipment and software.
Vision: Forward thinker, looking ahead for changes to industry standards and progress to the next level.
