Position:

Business Office Coordinator

Salary:

$55,000

Job Summary:

Our Business Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring our community operates efficiently, supporting both residents and staff with exceptional administrative and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversees accounts payable/receivable, resident billing, petty cash and community checking account
Manages payroll processing
Supports human resources activities
Maintains resident files, including new resident paperwork, handbooks, keys, etc.
Acts as a point of contact for families/residents regarding billing questions
Maintains confidential records in compliance with company policies
Provides support for Executive Director and Assistant Director as needed. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by either
Rotates Saturdays and holidays for manager on duty
Reception desk coverage if needed
Assist with maintaining inventory checklist of all supplies and materials

Requirements:

25 years of age or older
One to two years of experience in office administration, accounting or related field
Strong organization skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Eligibility as determined by background screening, drug screening, physician physical and driving record screening
Excellent customer service and communication skills needed.
Must have a friendly demeanor with a passion for working with seniors.
Ability to listen and speak clearly with patience and compassion.

Work Schedule:

Full Time
Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; rotating Saturday and holidays for manager on duty
