Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Provide information on rental rates, lease terms, and property amenities
- Process rental applications and conduct background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Collect rent payments and follow up on late payments
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and lease agreements
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of property management software (CMMS) is a plus
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing regulations is desirable
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of office procedures and phone etiquette
- Understanding of legal administrative processes related to leasing contracts
