About Us

We are a well-established and highly trusted siding company, renowned for delivering exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Sales/Estimator to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

● Communication & Scheduling: Serve as the first point of contact for our

customers. Representing the company as a professional, punctual, and respectful Project Estimator.

● Representing a High End Contractor: As part of our team, you'll provide an exceptional experience to homeowners by showcasing why our company and siding crews are the premier choice for their project. Your role is to communicate our quality, professionalism, and value—ensuring clients feel confident they’re making the best investment with minimal hassle.

● Estimating: Accurately price projects to ensure our crews and production team have the resources needed to deliver exceptional results, exceed client expectations, and maintain the highest standards of quality.

● Scope of Work: Prepare detailed quotes with clear inclusions and exclusions, ensuring customers have a complete understanding of their project and our production team has a well-defined scope to deliver exceptional results.

● Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with prospects on issued quotes, addressing questions and finding solutions to earn their business.

● Job Transfer: Once a project is secured, accurately document and transfer all necessary details, including notes and photos, to the production team—setting them up for success and ensuring a smooth execution.

● Cold Calling: In between appointments and especially in the slow season, assist in generating new leads and acquiring customers through various outreach methods.

● Customer Satisfaction: Help maintain our reputation as one of the area's most trusted contractors by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for every client.

Qualifications

✔ Sales Experience (minimum 2 years)

✔ Excellent communication skills in person, on phone, and in writing

✔ Excellent customer service skills

✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented

✔ Construction experience/knowledge is a plus

✔ Strong Problem Solving Skills

✔ Experience using Google drive CRM and various software tools
