The CORE Training, Inc. is looking for a Client Success Coordinator to support our coaching clients and coaching team.

This is not a call-center, receptionist, or traditional customer service position. This is a proactive, relationship-focused role for someone who can confidently communicate with mortgage lenders and real estate professionals, track their progress, coordinate with their coaches, and help keep clients engaged and accountable to their goals.

What You’ll Do

As a Client Success Coordinator, you’ll help create an outstanding coaching experience from behind the scenes and directly with our clients.

You’ll be responsible for:

Proactively connect with assigned clients each week to provide support, track progress, and maintain strong relationships.
Prepare client information and materials for coaching sessions.
Track client goals, activity, progress, and follow-up items.
Communicate with clients by phone, email, and Zoom.
Respond promptly to client requests and provide coaching resources.
Support coaches with client communication, preparation, and administrative needs.
Follow up with clients on commitments and action items.
Maintain accurate client information in our CRM.
Help facilitate Zoom coaching calls.
Ask satisfied clients for referrals when appropriate.
Assist with company events, including travel approximately 2–3 times per year.

Qualifications

You do not need previous mortgage, real estate, or coaching experience.

However, candidates must have:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and confident phone presence.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business software.
Comfort learning Zoom, CRM systems, and other technology.
Ability to work full-time, in person, Monday–Friday.
Ability to travel 2–3 times per year for company events.
A track record of reliability, responsibility, and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

We’d especially like to hear from candidates who have experience in:

Customer service.
Hospitality.
Front desk or administrative support.
Retail leadership or sales.
Banking or financial services.
Inside sales.
Recruiting.
Real estate or mortgage offices.
College internships.
Office or executive support.
Other roles involving frequent communication, organization, and responsibility.

Prefer primarily email-based communication and don’t enjoy talking with clients by phone.

Prefer working remotely.
Don’t enjoy working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary: $45,000/year + bonus opportunities

Benefits include:
