Full Job Description

The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

What will you be doing?

Reconcile and settle Remarketing sales in UVIMS
Monitor ACH remittances, perform follow-up as needed, and conduct Bills of Sale (BOS) audits
Process vendor invoices and applicable pass-through charges
Manage redemption transactions for clients
Maintain and update records in AutoIMS, UVIMS, and the RBH Portal
Research and resolve payment discrepancies, account variances, and settlement issues
Respond to client inquiries regarding proceeds, payments, redemptions, and account status
Support accounting, administrative, and operational activities related to Remarketing
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

What are we looking for?

High School Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
2-4 years’ experience in administrative, accounting, customer service, or related fields
Prior remarketing, automotive, or financial services experience preferred
Superior problem-solving ability in a dynamic environment
Professional presence and ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external management, including executive leadership; in-person and remotely
Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial and administrative processes

Regular Full-Time

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $24.65 - $35.13 USD per hour.
