Location: South Jersey | Hybrid based out of Sicklerville, NJ

Sales Representative – Pre-Set AppointmentsThe Opportunity

We’re looking for a true closer.

This is not an entry-level sales role.

If you know how to walk into a conversation, build trust quickly, read the room, handle objections, and confidently ask for the sale—you’ll do very well here.

This is a face-to-face sales role with pre-set appointments. No cold calling. No door knocking.

You’ll meet with people who are already expecting you, understand their needs, present solutions, and help guide them toward a decision.

If you’re highly relational, competitive, and performance-driven, this can be a high-income opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Run 2–4 pre-set in-person appointments daily
Build trust and rapport quickly
Ask strong questions to understand needs and motivation
Present solutions clearly and confidently
Handle objections professionally
Ask for the sale and move opportunities forward
Follow up consistently with warm prospects
Keep CRM notes updated accurately
Communicate clearly with leadership on pipeline progress

You should:

Have 2+ years of proven sales success
Be confident in face-to-face selling environments
Know how to connect with different personality types
Be strong at relationship building and earning trust quickly
Have urgency, discipline, and strong follow-up habits
Take ownership of results
Be coachable, accountable, and self-motivated
Be comfortable asking direct closing questions

2+ years of sales experience
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license

Based in or familiar with South Jersey
Comfortable using CRM systems

This Role Is NOT For if you:

Need scripts to sell
Struggle with follow-up
Avoid asking for the sale
Need constant management to perform
Prefer hourly or low-accountability roles
