Full Job Description

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and persistent individuals to join our team as Telemarketers in Greenbelt, MD. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent high school graduates or anyone starting their career in customer outreach. No experience needed — we provide full paid training!

In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our insurance services, gather important information, and qualify leads. You will then pass the qualified leads to our licensed sales team to handle the closing. The focus is on being great at getting people to answer the phone, having positive conversations, and helping build our pipeline. You will not be selling or closing deals — that is handled by licensed professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound phone calls to prospective customers using provided scripts and lead lists
Get customers on the phone and build quick rapport in a friendly, professional way
Clearly explain our insurance services and ask qualifying questions to gather key information
Accurately document customer details and interest level in our system
Pass qualified leads to the licensed sales team for follow-up and closing
Ask satisfied contacts for referrals to help grow our customer base
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls made, contacts reached, and qualified leads generated
Work as part of a supportive team in a positive office environment

Requirements / Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual strongly preferred)
Comfortable making outbound calls and talking with new people every day
Positive attitude, persistence, and a friendly personality
Basic computer skills (typing, email, simple data entry)
Reliable transportation to our Greenbelt, MD office
Must be at least 18 years old

No telemarketing, sales, or insurance experience required — we train you from day one!

Starting pay: $17.00 per hour base + performance bonuses and incentives
