Beyond Core Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing ABA team in Clever, MO.

Position Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home.
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support treatment goals
Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

Compensation & Schedule

Location: Clever, MO

Schedule: Full-time

Hours: 15 to 30 Hours per week- Between 9am-3pm

Pay Rate: $22 – $30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Fluent in English
40 Hour RBT Training Certificate of completion
Valid CPR and First aid certificate
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Ability to successfully pass a background check

Preferred:

Previous ABA therapy experience
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Some college coursework in education, psychology, or a related field
