Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer or a system-level revenue executive, the Cash Flow VP will lead Patient Financial Services, collaborate tightly with Patient Access, Health Information Management, Case Management, and IT, and partner with service-line directors and friendly nurses to align clinical documentation and throughput with clean claims and timely reimbursement; supported by seasoned managers, denial analysts, payer specialists, and an analytics team, the Cash Flow VP will set strategy and cadence for cash forecasting, payer escalations, vendor oversight, contract modeling, price transparency, and continuous process improvement within a diverse, welcoming, and interdisciplinary healthcare professional team.
