Job Title: Outside Sales Representative – Roofing & Restoration

About the Role

At Roof Raiders, we believe the best sales professionals create opportunities, they don’t wait for them.

This position is designed for driven individuals who enjoy networking, meeting new people, and building long-term relationships within the community. While you’ll receive training, support, and occasional company-generated opportunities, your primary focus will be developing your own pipeline through referrals, networking, community involvement, business partnerships, and prospecting.

What You'll Do:

Sales & Customer Engagement

Prospect new leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and local networking
Conduct roof inspections to assess damage or aging
Educate customers on roofing systems and other products and services that we offer, and insurance claims as applicable
Provide detailed estimates and proposals

Account Management

Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the sales and installation process
Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth transitions from sale to build
Follow up on all leads and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools

Proven track record in sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Comfortable with roof inspections and working outdoors
Self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do.
Comfortable approaching new people and building relationships.
Competitive with a strong work ethic.
Coachable and eager to learn.
