Are you a dental office leader who loves building strong teams, creating exceptional patient experiences, and keeping a busy practice running smoothly?

We’re looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our team, support our providers, and help our practice continue to grow.

We’re a Great Fit for Someone Who:

Has at least 2 years of dental office management experience (comfortable with Denticon or similar “Dentrix-like” software).
Is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented

Believes great customer service starts with great leadership

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support a team of dental professionals
Oversee day-to-day office operations
Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office productivity
Monitor collections, receivables, and office performance goals
Lead morning huddles and keep the team aligned
Support treatment plan presentation and case acceptance
Coach team members and foster a positive office culture
Create an outstanding experience for every patient
