Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts, and supporting supply chain operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of warehouse management systems, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory movements.
Verifies fleet management restock.
Analyze data for demand planning and forecasting purposes.
Assist in the development of process improvements to enhance efficiency in inventory management.
Support inventory in fleet operations, ensuring accurate stock.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including data collection and analysis.
Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment as required (IS A PLUS)

Requirements

Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse distribution.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles, including demand planning and logistics.
Experience with financial analysis, pricing strategies, and procurement processes.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed in a warehouse environment.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and suppliers.
Understanding of merchandising concepts and retail management is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.50 - $15.00 per hour
