Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Label Printer & Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lebanon, TN. This role serves as a critical support function for both the warehouse operations and administrative team by ensuring the accurate and timely printing of shipping labels, packing tickets, and other operational documents that directly support daily order fulfillment. In addition to production printing responsibilities, this position provides administrative support to the Lebanon facility through data entry, record maintenance, document preparation, reporting, and general office coordination.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Microsoft Excel) and is comfortable learning internal systems and processes. They are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across warehouse, shipping, production, and office teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This individual will play an important role in supporting operational efficiency, maintaining accurate documentation, and helping ensure customer orders are processed and shipped accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

Accurately print, organize, and distribute shipping labels, packing slips, routing documents, and other shipping-related paperwork to support daily warehouse and distribution operations.
Review shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring labels, quantities, addresses, and order information align with customer and system requirements prior to shipment.
Collaborate closely with warehouse, production, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure orders are processed accurately, prioritized appropriately, and shipped according to established schedules and customer expectations.
Process ticket adjustments for backordered, substituted, canceled, or modified items to ensure shipping documentation remains accurate and inventory records are properly maintained.
Monitor shipping documentation and communicate discrepancies, shortages, or system issues to the appropriate departments for timely resolution.
Track vendor invoices, maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, and assist with invoice reconciliation and documentation to support accurate recordkeeping.
Maintain accurate operational records, reports, spreadsheets, and databases using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Prepare reports, update tracking logs, and assist leadership with compiling operational information, metrics, and documentation as requested.
Order, receive, and maintain inventory of employee uniforms, office supplies, and operational materials, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained to support business operations.
Provide administrative support to facility leadership by preparing correspondence, creating documents, scheduling meetings, organizing files, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.
Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, respond to routine inquiries, and provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with special projects, audits, reporting initiatives, and process improvement efforts designed to increase operational efficiency and improve workflow accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality when handling company records, employee information, and sensitive business documents.
Support cross-functional teams by providing administrative assistance during periods of high operational demand and serving as a resource for documentation and administrative processes.
Perform other administrative, operational, and clerical duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Lebanon facility.

Qualifications & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable with a positive, professional attitude.

Pay:

$19.75/hr. - $21/hr. (Based on experience)
