Full Job Description

Bookkeeper Harman CPAs & Associates, PLLC

Harman CPAs & Associates is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing CPA firm. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is highly proficient in QuickBooks and experienced in managing bookkeeping and payroll for multiple clients in a fast-paced, client-facing public accounting environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain bookkeeping records for multiple monthly business clients
Process payroll and payroll tax reporting accurately and timely
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loan accounts
Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting schedules
Assist with year-end bookkeeping and cleanup for tax preparation
Handle ad hoc annual bookkeeping projects for tax clients
Communicate professionally with clients regarding bookkeeping and payroll matters
Work closely with tax preparers and firm staff to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements

High proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop required (3+ years experience)
Experience managing bookkeeping and payroll for multiple clients simultaneously (3+ years experience)
Prior experience in a CPA firm or public accounting environment preferred
Strong understanding of payroll processing and payroll tax filings
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize work efficiently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional communication and client service skills
Experience with sales tax reporting and payroll compliance
Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts

We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment while delivering excellent client service.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
