Full Job Description

Overview
Riverfront Communities ( https://riverfrontcommunities.com) is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Community Manager to oversee the daily operations and sales of our manufactured home communities located near Conway South Carolina. This role requires someone who can effortlessly balance administrative tasks with sales activity, deliver exceptional resident experiences, maintain high occupancy, and ensure timely rent collection. You’ll be the face of the community, ensuring homes are well-presented, costs are controlled, and residents feel proud to live with us. This role is 100% on-site.

Responsibilities:

Prioritize daily tasks to meet operational, collections, and sales goals
Collect rent payments, following up promptly on delinquencies
Manage and convert sales leads into home purchases or leases
Build relationships with current and prospective residents to drive satisfaction and retention
Inspect property grounds and homes to ensure curb appeal and compliance
Stage and present homes to maximize interest and value
Coordinate vendors and contractors for repairs, cleaning, and upkeep
Communicate with vendors, residents, and buyers to reach mutually beneficial agreements
Control costs while protecting community standards
Handle light home prep or cleaning as needed to meet move-in standards

Qualifications:

Bilingual is a plus
Property management experience required
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Proven ability to switch gears quickly and adapt to changing needs
Sales experience, ideally in housing or a related field
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Comfort with property inspections and light maintenance oversight
Negotiation skills that lead to win-win solutions
Experience in rent collection, delinquency follow-up, and payment tracking
A hands-on, “get it done” attitude

Licensing Requirement:

This position requires a valid South Carolina Manufactured Home Retail/Multi-Lot Salesperson license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire. The company will cover all licensing costs and provide guidance through the process.

Schedule:
Full-time, including occasional weekends for showings or events.
