Full Job Description

RC Masonry, Inc has been in the construction business for over 20 years owned by Ramon Rangel. We work with many builders and residential clients in the Horry County and Georgetown area. As we stay busy all year round, we are seeking someone who is looking for a long-term career opportunity, a stable job, responsible, with a strong work ethic. Due to the extensive training and investment involved in this position, we are particularly interested in candidates who anticipate remaining in the area and committed to growing with our company for the foreseeable future.

Job Position: Secretary Starting Pay: $20/hr

Position Responsibilities:

Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Schedule Concrete and Pump orders
Order material
Create estimates and invoices
Communicate with our field managers and Pulte managers via email, text, call
Constantly update Form, Brick, Prep, and Pour schedule on Outlook Calendar
Daily use of Build With Pulte website
Daily use of MyInvoices & Estimates Software
Daily use of Outlook Calendar
Answer text messages regarding all construction tasks
Send Punchlists out to our managers to perform requests/charge
Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

Over 10 years of experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to speak with potential clients and or builders
Must have a positive attitude and problem solving skills
Must possess a working knowledge of computers in order to complete word processing tasks, create spreadsheets, and communicate via email.
Must be able to run office equipment such as phone systems, copier, and fax machine.
Must be able to work along well with others
Must be bilingual Spanish/English or know conversational Spanish if not fluent
Must be dependable, responsible, honest, and trustworthy

Time Off:

6 Paid Holidays (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
1 work week paid vacation
20 Vacation Days allowed per year

Typical Physical Demands:

Requires sitting for long hours. Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
