Full Job Description

About the role

Novamed Pain and Injury Center is a Las Vegas pain and injury practice serving patients treated under medical liens and personal injury claims. We're hiring a Practice Manager to run day-to-day operations of the clinic and to grow our attorney and law firm referral network.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll own the front and back office, the lien billing and collections cycle, staff supervision, and compliance — while also serving as the practice's primary relationship-builder with the personal injury bar. If you know how medical liens work and you're comfortable picking up the phone with attorneys, this role rewards that growth directly.

What you'll do

Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations, including front and back office, patient flow and scheduling
Supervise, train, and onboard staff, including running appropriate background checks
Manage all lien-based billing, settlements, and lien collections — including attorney coordination and all related paperwork
Oversee regulatory and compliance matters, including HIPAA and OSHA
Manage vendor and supplier relationships
Develop and maintain referral relationships with attorneys, law firms, and other referral sources to support practice growth
Lead community outreach initiatives
Handle other duties customary to a practice manager role, in coordination with the practice's Manager

What we're looking for

Required

3+ years of medical practice management or clinic operations experience
Working knowledge of medical lien billing, personal injury claims, and letters of protection
Experience supervising front and back office staff
Working knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA requirements in a clinical setting
Strong communication skills and comfort building relationships with attorneys and law firm staff
Proficiency with EMR/practice management software
Able to work on-site in Las Vegas, Monday–Friday

Preferred

Experience in a pain management, chiropractic, orthopedic, or personal injury practice
Established relationships with Las Vegas–area personal injury attorneys
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
Bilingual English/Spanish

Pay: $81,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
