What success looks like (your first 90 days)
- Month 1: 30+ items issued, 20+ Home/Condo/Auto, 85%+ bundled.
- Month 2: 45+ items, 30+ Home/Condo/Auto, 90%+ bundled.
- Month 3+: 55+ items, 35+ Home/Condo/Auto, 90%+ bundled.
Compensation & earning potential
We built this plan for one kind of person: the top performer. We actively recruit the highest- producing closers in the market, and we've engineered our compensation to reward them richly — a modest base, uncapped commission, and real money for business that sticks. The better you sell, the more you make. There is no ceiling.
- W2 hourly base (roughly $33,000/year equivalent), paid while you ramp — plus full benefits.
- Uncapped, bundle-weighted commission — the more you bundle, the more you earn, up to 14%.
- Monthly performance bonuses tied to production and quality, plus a team bonus when the agency hits its monthly goal.
- Renewal income on your growing book of business.
- On-target earnings of $90,000–$135,000+, with top producers earning more.

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
