Client Sales Associate

Full-Time | Weekly Pay | W-2 Position | Paid Training

We are currently hiring motivated and people-focused individuals for an Entry-Level Client Sales Associate position in the Chicagoland area. This opportunity is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, retail sales, account support, and professional development while building a long-term career in sales and business.

As a Client Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers inside retail locations and promotional environments, representing a variety of client campaigns. You'll be responsible for educating customers on products and services, assisting with enrollments and upgrades, answering questions, and helping create a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

This is an in-person, customer-facing role that involves direct interaction with customers in retail and event-based environments.

Employment & Compensation Details

Full-time W-2 employee position
In-person role working inside retail stores and promotional event environments
Weekly base pay plus performance-based bonuses and commission opportunities

Daily Responsibilities

Engage directly with customers in face-to-face retail environments
Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and pricing options
Assist customers with account enrollments, upgrades, activations, and service selections
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
Build positive relationships with customers and create a welcoming experience
Support retail sales initiatives and help achieve daily and weekly performance goals
Represent client brands professionally during retail promotions and community events
Assist with merchandising, promotional displays, and campaign setup
Track customer interactions, sales activity, and campaign performance metrics
Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development sessions

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Comfortable working in face-to-face, public-facing environments
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Coachable and eager to learn new skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation for local travel between retail locations and office meetings
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is a plus but not required
