Full Job Description

At Allegiant Fire Protection, our team of expert technicians and support staff understands the importance of fire protection. By providing world-class fire protection services and cutting-edge technology, we are trusted completely by our clients to safeguard their property against fire damage.

We specialize in full-service fire alarm system design, installation, service, and repair as well as inspection, maintenance, and 24/7 monitoring.

The Business Support Coordinator is responsible for:

Duties

Assist the accounting team with preparing and processing customer invoices.
Assist the accounting team with processing vendor accounts payable, including credit card expenses.
Support management of the payables email inbox, including routing, tracking, and responding to payable inquiries as appropriate.
Communicate professionally with internal team members, customers, and vendors regarding accounts payable and related inquiries.
Assist the accounting team with processing customer payments accurately and timely.
Assist the accounting team with follow-up and collection of open customer invoices.
Maintain organized records, documentation, and electronic files related to accounting and business support activities.
Provide general office, accounting, and administrative support as business needs evolve.
Complete various special projects and other duties as assigned by the VP of Finance or other leadership.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
Strong follow-up skills with the ability to track open items through completion.
Willingness to learn new processes, systems, and responsibilities.
Calm under pressure and able to switch between tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
Professional communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn accounting and business systems as needed.
Ability to work independently at times as well as collaboratively with a team.
