This Isn't Just Another Physical Therapy Job.

Concierge Physical Therapy is bringing our nationally recognized outpatient orthopedic model to Naples, Florida, and we're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to be more than an employee.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional one-on-one outpatient orthopedic care.
Build lasting relationships with patients, physicians, and the local community.
Help establish Concierge PT as Naples' premier outpatient orthopedic practice.
Mentor future clinicians and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Participate in business development and community outreach initiatives.
Maintain excellent documentation and clinical outcomes.
Help shape processes, workflows, and the patient experience as the clinic grows.

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but exceptional candidates with a strong entrepreneurial mindset are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A growth mindset and desire to help build something meaningful.
