Executive Housekeeper for Ultra-High Net Worth Couple

Location: Naples, Florida
Employment Type: Part-Time (25-30 hours per week)

Compensation: $40–$50 per hour, based on experience
Benefits: 5 days of accrued medical leave, 4 paid holidays per year (New Year’s Day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Independence Day)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to maintain the residence of an ultra-high net worth couple in Naples, Florida. The owners are full-time residents during the season (typically January – June). September through December will be approximately two weeks per month and part-time during the off-season. The position is a year-round role.

The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional housekeeping and exterior maintenance services, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization, and care for fine finishes and luxury items. This role requires flexibility, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while respecting the privacy of the homeowners.

Experience: 7+ years as executive housekeeper

Hours: OPTIONAL:

Mon, Wed, Fri 9:00-4:00

Mon-Fri 9:30-3:30/4p – request some flexibility for weekends during season with visiting guests

(Extra hours as needed)

Home: Seasonal; Couple, no pets, no kids – quiet household

Home: 10,000’ condo – includes 4 lanai, 4 BR; private 3 car garage; in-building cabana (Couple in residence FT January-June 10; PT October-December)

Note: helpful to understand working in high end, high rise (31 units), front desk, office managers and staff; building part of private community with security gate

Fluent English

Professional presentation, appearance request khakis white or black, white t-shirt, collared shirt, optional apron, long shorts (no workout attire)

Homeowner is allergic to Febreeze including any attire that has been cleaned with detergent that is heavily scented. Household cleaning supplies are unscented.

Ability to prioritize, work discreetly around busy couple while in residence

Work/clean fine finishes, fabrics

Laundry/ironing, pressing, couture clothing; dry clean schedule

Manage household supplies, receive/manage deliveries, stock all refrigerators – as needed; (grocery, dry clean, misc all done by delivery – some coordination by phone with owner’s Admin Asst in MA)

Assist with some meal prep; prep light salds – mixed greens, tuna salad; cooking a plus

Assist w/entertaining – available to be scheduled some evenings; willing to be trained, if necessary

Prep cheese boards, snacks
Set up, serve, clear

Seasonal projects include:

- Deep clean entire condo for fall arrival/summer departure

- Some lanai cleaning, furniture, spot clean windows, floor; coordinate w/Lanai cleaning co for 2x/season deep clean

- Routine checks to report issues to homeowner

- Wash garage laminate floor

- Cabana and bathroom – clean as needed

- FEDX mail to MA address weekly during summer

Report to homeowner – candidate will not manage or oversee any work with contractors – all work managed by homeowner. Obviously, some collaboration is necessary – but all information, issues to be directed to homeowner.

Errands – minimal to none (grocery, dry cleaning delivered); occasional drop to FEDX/UPS box if missed @ front desk pick up

Note: husband enjoys cigars outdoors on the lanais (only). Typically 1 cigar/day, housekeeper responsible for disposing of ashes.

Request:

No wearing earbuds or audio devices while working

Phones – emergency use

No gum chewing

No yelling, loud talk across the home

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
