Administrative Assistant / Sales Support – Luxury Jewelry & Watches

Job Overview

We are a growing luxury jewelry and watch store in Naples seeking a motivated, organized, and personable individual to join our team.

This position will begin with a strong focus on administrative support and day-to-day store operations, while also providing the opportunity to learn our industry, work directly with clients, and develop into a larger sales role over time.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, pleasant to work with, and genuinely interested in becoming part of a growing business. Previous jewelry or watch experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to teach the industry to someone who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily administrative and store operations
Greet clients and provide a professional, welcoming in-store experience
Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
Assist with scheduling, customer follow-up, and maintaining client information
Enter and maintain inventory and product information
Help organize incoming and outgoing merchandise
Assist with shipping, receiving, documentation, and general record keeping
Maintain organized files, paperwork, and internal systems
Assist the sales team with customer requests and product information
Learn about luxury watches, jewelry, diamonds, precious metals, and our products
Help maintain an organized and professional showroom
Assist with additional operational responsibilities as needed
Develop the knowledge and skills necessary to assist with and eventually handle sales opportunities

Able to handle valuable merchandise and confidential customer information responsibly
Previous administrative, retail, luxury sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Must be able to successfully pass a background check
