Hair by Torie is more than a salon — it’s a curated experience defined by artistry, precision, and quiet luxury. We’re seeking a composed, discerning professional to anchor our front-of-house and set the tone for every guest interaction.

The Role

This is a position for someone who understands that hospitality is a craft. You’ll be the architect of first impressions — orchestrating scheduling, guiding client communication, and ensuring the rhythm of the salon runs with effortless precision.

Curate a refined arrival and departure experience for every client
Manage bookings, confirmations, and calendar flow with meticulous accuracy
Serve as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and in person
Support stylists with client coordination and retail transactions
Uphold the polish and atmosphere that defines the Hair by Torie brand

What You Bring

Reception experience within a salon, spa, or luxury hospitality setting
Effortless professionalism and an innate sense of discretion
Sharp organizational instincts and comfort managing a fast-moving schedule
Fluency with scheduling and POS systems
A genuine appreciation for beauty, service, and craft
