Job Summary

Continuum Surgery Center of Naples is a high‑performance multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center committed to exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and a welcoming environment. We are seeking a professional, reliable, and patient‑focused Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our center. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, coordinate insurance and co-pay, and support office management tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help foster a professional and friendly atmosphere for Surgeons, patients, and team members alike.

Responsibilities

Greet Surgeons, patient, and vendors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Manage phone systems, directing calls efficiently,responding to patient inquires professionally using proper phone etiquette
Responsible for verifying insurance eligibility and collecting required documentation
Processing copays and maintaining accurate payment records
Ensuring patient demographic and insurance information is accurate in the EMR
Coordinating patient flow with clinical staff to minimize wait times
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism
Supporting administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and data entry
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and spreadsheets to support center operations
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events as needed
Support office management tasks such as inventory control, supply ordering, and basic troubleshooting of office equipment
Utilize productivity software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Qualifications

Prior medical front office or healthcare customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced clinical environment
Familiarity with EMR systems and basic insurance verification
Professional, dependable, and detail‑oriented
Positive attitude and commitment to patient‑centered service

The Front Desk Coordinator ensures a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for patients, visitors, and clinical staff. This role manages daily front office operations including check‑in, scheduling, communication, and administrative support.

Pay: $24.09 - $30.00 per hour
