Full Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to support precision manufacturing operations for aerospace, medical, and tight-tolerance components. This position is responsible for machine setup, operation, in-process inspection, and maintaining high quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has strong setup experience, understands GD&T, and is comfortable working with complex precision parts.

Required Qualifications

3+ years CNC machining experience preferred
Strong CNC setup experience on mills and/or lathes
Experience machining tight-tolerance aerospace or medical components
Solid understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
Ability to hold close tolerances consistently
Experience using precision inspection equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Commitment to quality and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multi-axis machining
Familiarity with stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, aluminum, and engineering plastics
Experience in AS9100 or ISO-regulated environments
Knowledge of first article inspection processes
Experience with high-mix, low-volume precision machining
Understanding of tooling selection and cutting parameters

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
