Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property value. Your expertise in commercial property management will drive the success of our properties while delivering exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead property initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and implement strategic improvements that enhance overall asset performance.

Duties

Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including maintenance and tenant relations
Coordinate property maintenance using a work order system
Handle administrative tasks such as contracts, lease documentation, and dispute resolution with tenants or vendors
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are met
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and electronic record management
Foster positive relationships with tenants by providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns promptly

Requirements

Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on commercial assets
Proficiency in property management software such as AppFolio
Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and relationship management abilities
Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively while maintaining positive tenant relationships
Office experience with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks required for efficient operations
Knowledge of facilities management practices including property maintenance coordination and vendor oversight
Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
