Lead Clinical Excellence in One of Naples' Premier Luxury Assisted Living Communities

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for exceptional senior care and leadership? We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Nursing to lead the clinical team at an exclusive 23-resident luxury Assisted Living community in beautiful Naples, Florida.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all nursing services
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Oversee care planning, assessments, medication management, and quality assurance initiatives

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida (or eligible for endorsement)
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in an Assisted Living community (required)
Strong knowledge of Florida Assisted Living regulations
Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Passion for delivering exceptional resident care in a luxury senior living environment
