Position Summary Moorings Park is seeking a dedicated and talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The Human Resources Business Partner Provides human resources consultation and support to a designated business unit to define and execute HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives. Contributes to the development of workforce plans and understands external customer trends and issues in the industry that could potentially impact business. Provides guidance to convert strategies into result-driven actions. Utilizes knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers. Acts as liaison with other HR functions. Provides change management support as needed. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Key Contributions
- Provides comprehensive HR services and support aligned with core values; understands and supports business priorities.
- Builds credible relationships with managers across multiple business units to streamline decision making and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Effectively utilizes HR systems to ensure employee information is accurate and compliant.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language required.
- During emergencies or natural disasters, may be required to remain on duty for the duration of the event.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related business degree preferred
- Three (3) to five (5) years progressive Human Resources experience required
- PHR/SPHR highly desirable
- HR experience in a clinical setting HIGHLY preferred
