As our General Manager, you aren't just running shifts—you are the CEO of your café. You will:

Build the Empire: You’re the ultimate talent scout, recruiter, and mentor. You don't just hire staff; you build a high-performing squad of megastars and groom the next generation of leaders.
Rule the P&L: You own the bottom line. From labor optimization and food costs to local marketing and sales growth, you steer the financial success of our "smoothie machine."

Command the Wheel (45-50 Hours/Week): This isn't a passive desk job. You’ll invest 45–50 hours a week leading from the front—balancing peak-hour rush execution with high-level strategy, scheduling, and administrative excellence.

Requirements & Responsibilities

Availability: Ability to work a flexible 45–50 hour work week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Financial & Operational Oversight: Full accountability for restaurant profitability, inventory control, labor budgeting, and guest satisfaction metrics.
Talent Management: Drive the recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and retention of all café team members and shift leaders.
Brand Standards: Ensure complete compliance with all health, safety, food handling, and brand specifications to deliver top-tier food and smoothie quality.
Hospitality Excellence: Role model and enforce "Unparalleled Hospitality" standards so that every single customer has a flawless, pleasant visit.
