Real Estate Attorney

Established Regional Business Law Firm Manchester, New Hampshire

Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Origination Credit

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active admission to the New Hampshire and/or Massachusetts Bar
5+ years of real estate transactional experience
Experience handling commercial real estate transactions independently
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client counseling skills
Excellent attention to detail and business judgment
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Residence within approximately one hour of Manchester, NH

What You'll Do

Represent buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, tenants, and lenders in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, financing documents, and development agreements
Conduct and oversee due diligence, including title, zoning, survey, and permitting reviews
Manage commercial real estate closings from inception through completion
Advise clients on land use, development, and transactional matters
Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, tax, and litigation practice areas
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Participate in business development and networking initiatives within the New Hampshire and Massachusetts markets
