Full Job Description

Althea U.S., Inc. is looking for an experienced Imaging Field Service Engineer interested in joining a rapidly growing, multinational, integrated healthcare technology management company. We currently have an opening on our Middle Tennessee team servicing a multi site customer with approximately 20 locations in the area. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of electronic systems. Althea offers formal and hands on training for a candidate with a strong work ethic and electronic aptitude.

Qualified candidate must possess skills and expertise in the following areas:

- Formal electronics training (B.S. in Electronics Engineering Technology, military training, or equivalent)

- 5+ years of DI experience working on multiple manufacturers and models

- Medical equipment repair experience a must

-Military experience a plus

- Ability to read and understand schematics and other electronic documentation

- Ability to travel (with valid DL and clean driving record) to customer sites and perform corrective and preventative maintenance

Responsibilities:

Servicing multi-OEM MRI, CT, XRAY, Contrast Injectors, & Mammo in assigned territory
Requesting parts following Althea’s internal processes
Documenting service in the Althea software
Updating Service Coordinator/Account Manager as directed
Processing return parts in a timely manner
Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
