Position Overview

As the Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our patients. You’ll manage daily front office operations, ensure a smooth patient flow, and support our clinical team with administrative excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organized, and delivering warm, attentive service in a medical setting.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and empathy
Answer and direct incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar
Verify and update patient information, insurance, and records in our EMR/EHR system
Collect and process payments, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support patients with general inquiries and assist with follow-up scheduling
Maintain HIPAA compliance and always protect patient privacy
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience
Handle incoming mail, faxes, and other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Prior experience in a medical office, front desk, or administrative role (required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — professional, warm, and patient-focused
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and HIPAA regulations
Proficient in multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred

Job Type & Schedule

Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: In-person at our MensPro Health office in Midtown Nashville.
