Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Operations Floater to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide flexible support across various departments, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining productivity. Your proactive approach and self motivation will help keep our operation running efficiently, supporting the overall success of our processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain comprehensive experience while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties

Assist multiple departments by performing tasks such as order pulling, load/unload trucks, and driving company van to ensure continuous workflow
Operate forklift, cherry picker, and pallet jack safely to move pallets within the warehouse
Conduct routine inspections of product, machinery and tools, identifying issues early and reporting maintenance needs promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices
Collaborate with team members on inventory management, stocking supplies, and preparing materials for transport
Adapt quickly to different roles or tasks as needed to meet production demands and support overall factory efficiency
Assist customers with orders

Skills

Proven experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Prior retail or warehouse facility experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with WMS is a plus
Excellent warehouse experience with inventory management and material handling skills is preferred
Ability to follow safety protocols diligently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and the ability to work well unsupervised and within a team setting
Valid Tennessee driver's license
Must speak and understand at least basic English
