About the Role

The Front Office Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Front Desk while delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a high-performing team.

This role is the face of the hotel. You'll create a welcoming environment for every guest, coach and develop front desk associates, solve challenges with confidence, and partner with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.

What You'll Do

Lead the daily Front Office operation and ensure exceptional guest service.
Coach, mentor, and develop Front Desk team members.
Create memorable guest experiences from check-in through check-out.
Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and with empathy.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily operational coverage.
Monitor guest satisfaction scores and identify improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and hotel procedures.
Support revenue goals through upselling and operational efficiency.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and other departments.
Assist with audits, cash handling, reporting, and operational documentation.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Experience leading Front Office operations in a hotel environment.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with hotel PMS systems (OnQ, Opera, or similar preferred).
Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership approach.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts when needed.
