This position is located in our Ballston, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
What You'll Do:
Assignments may include responsibilities in one or more of the following areas:
General Fee Collection reconciliations
. Monitor daily sweep report confirmations from fee collection vendor(s) and immediately report any discrepancies.
. Reconcile daily of amounts swept versus receipts created.
. Take appropriate and necessary action in cases where amounts swept do not match the number of receipts created.
. Escalate reconciliation issues as appropriate to the Fee Collection Manager.
. Provide guidance to Task Order team on daily inquires
. Ensure periodic reports from Task Order team are submitted timely and maintained.
Client Coordination:
. Coordinate and communicate with the client on an as needed basis with prior approval of the Fee Collection Manager.
. Ensure that clients are adequately equipped/trained to utilize GSS services in the country or area assigned.
. Answer questions clearly, effectively and accurately from the client within agreed upon timeframe.
. Escalate cases as needed to the Fee Collection Manager.
Program performance Analysis:
. Analyze and assist in daily reconciliation of US Visa fee collections for US Embassies
. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and resolve any discrepancies
. Conduct root cause analysis, data analysis for management
. Assist in development and implementation of new/improved solutions
. Gather and document requirements for new solutions or changes to existing solutions
. Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality and requirements are met
. Provide training and support to end users to effectively use new systems and processes relating to reconciliation
. Review and submit support tickets to address technical issues or to develop new functionality working with operational teams, IT team and vendors.
. Continue to enhance reconciliation process program wide and make recommendations for improvements
.Bachelor's degree in finance banking or information technology, Information Systems, or a related field with a focus on finance or computer based technical content.
.Strong understanding of CRM systems and the systems development lifecycle.
.Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, data modeling.
.Proficiency in SQL or other data query languages is preferred.
.Expertise in building and managing reports and dashboards in PowerBI.
.Experience with PowerApps and Power Automate to develop and implement automated business solutions..
.A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
.Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
.Authorization to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $46,400.00 $110,100.00.
