Main St. Provisions, located in the heart of the Las Vegas Arts District, opened in December 2020. Featuring Seasonal New American fare with an emphasis on steaks and chops, MSP has begun to solidify its place in the neighborhood as the "go to" spot for a casual night out as well as a place for a great date night or night out with friends.

Main St. Provisions' menu features wet-aged steaks from ranches across the US, seasonal fish and scallop dishes, short rib preparations, and plant-based options. Because the restaurant highlights the seasons, the menu changes several times per year. The beverage program is created by talented bartenders, utilizing high end spirits and the freshest ingredients of the season.

We practice fine-dining service points in a relaxed, but energetic atmosphere. The attention to detail of the room, the service, cocktail and dinner menu program are enjoyed by our guests for every occasion.

<Responsibilities>

Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, ensuring seamless food preparation, presentation, and service across various outlets including fine dining, banquets, and catering events.
Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency in flavor and presentation.
Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs.
Supervise kitchen staff by providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team.
Coordinate with the team to accommodate special dietary needs and ensure menu options meet nutritional standards.
Oversee shift management, ensuring efficient staffing levels and smooth operational flow during busy periods.
Maintain high standards for food handling, preparation, and serving to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently.
Collaborate with event planner for banquet and catering services to ensure timely execution of large and private functions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in food quality, presentation, and kitchen efficiency to elevate overall guest satisfaction.

<Requirements>

Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with upscale casual or fine-dining experience.
Extensive culinary expertise with strong skills in food production, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
Demonstrated supervising experience managing diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced environments.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for sanitation and handling.
Experience with inventory management systems and controlling food costs effectively.
Excellent communication skills coupled with leadership ability to motivate teams toward shared goals.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities during shift management.
