About the Opportunity

Lake Mead Mobile Notary is seeking dependable individuals for occasional, on-call mobile document-service assignments throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Assignments may include serving as a witness during document appointments, assisting with client appointments, document pickup or delivery, and other light mobile or field-support tasks.

This is an on-call, per-assignment opportunity rather than a traditional part-time position. There are no fixed weekly hours, minimum weekly schedule, or guaranteed number of assignments.

When an assignment becomes available, suitable individuals may be contacted with the date, time, general location, expected duration, responsibilities, and compensation. You are free to accept or decline each assignment based on your availability.

This opportunity is best suited for individuals who enjoy being on the go and are interested in flexible, supplemental assignments rather than consistent weekly hours.

What You May Do

Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

Serving as a witness during document signing appointments
Meeting clients or a notary at homes, offices, healthcare facilities, businesses, or other agreed locations
Remaining present for the required portion of a signing or appointment
Assisting with basic appointment logistics
Picking up or delivering documents
Transporting documents between clients, offices, businesses, or government facilities when assigned
Following straightforward appointment instructions
Providing professional and courteous client support
Maintaining discretion and confidentiality regarding client information
Performing other light document-service or field-support assignments when specifically offered

Not every assignment will involve every responsibility.

Who We're Looking For

The most important qualities are reliability, punctuality, professionalism, communication, and good judgment.

Applicants should:

Be at least 18 years old
Have reliable transportation
Have a valid driver's license when driving is required for an assignment
Be comfortable traveling throughout the Las Vegas Valley
Be dependable once an assignment is accepted
Communicate promptly regarding accepted assignments
Be comfortable meeting clients in different professional and residential environments
Follow instructions carefully
Maintain client privacy and confidentiality
Present themselves professionally
Be comfortable working independently
Have a smartphone with reliable calling, text, and navigation capability

Weekend, weekday, morning, afternoon, evening, and occasional short-notice availability can be helpful, but you are not expected to be available for every assignment.

Notary Experience

A Nevada Notary Public commission is not required for this opportunity.

However, commissioned Nevada notaries, mobile notaries, loan signing agents, and individuals with document-signing experience are welcome to apply and should indicate their experience in their application.

Applicants may also be considered for additional assignments in the future when their qualifications are appropriate.

How Assignments Work

When an opportunity becomes available:

You accept or decline based on your availability.
Once an assignment is accepted and confirmed, we rely on you to arrive and complete the assignment as agreed.

Declining an assignment because you are unavailable is completely acceptable.

Reliability becomes particularly important after an assignment has been accepted, because clients and other professionals may be relying on your presence.

Schedule

There is no fixed weekly schedule.

Assignment volume varies based on client demand, location, timing, and the types of services requested.

Being considered for on-call assignments does not require you to remain available during specific hours or accept every opportunity offered.

This opportunity is best suited for individuals interested in occasional supplemental work with flexibility from assignment to assignment.

We are a locally based mobile service provider supporting a range of document-related appointments across the Las Vegas area. Our work takes place in a variety of settings, including private residences, business locations, medical facilities, and other on-site environments where clients require in-person assistance.

We are looking to connect with dependable individuals who can step in when additional support is needed and help ensure appointments are completed smoothly, professionally, and on time.
