Full Job Description

Cameron Law is a fast-growing personal injury law firm, located in the booming South West Las Vegas area.

We’re experiencing rapid growth and are in search of an experienced pre-litigation Case Manager with 5+ years in Personal Injury case management to join our team.

As a Case Manager, your pivotal role involves effective communication, unwavering follow-through, strategic prowess, diligence, and a consistently warm and friendly demeanor. It is critical that our client’s concerns are heard, questions are answered, and that they are kept updated throughout the duration of their case.

We understand that while we can't control our clients' injuries or the circumstances leading to them, we can shape how they perceive their journey with our law firm. It's our goal to make this journey as pleasant and easy as possible. As a Case Manager, you must embody qualities that build relationships and prioritize the client's perspective.

Job Duties Include:

Providing essential administrative support to the attorney’s
Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
Monitoring deadlines and calendars
Initiating claims with insurance companies
Overseeing medical treatment
Efficiently collecting, reviewing, and organizing medical records and bills
Data entry into our case management software (Filevine)
Drafting demand letters with the assistance of an attorney
Working with insurance companies to negotiate claims
Maintaining consistent written and oral communication with clients

Required Experience/Skills:

5+ years of prior experience as a personal injury case manager
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Working knowledge of insurance companies
Excellent communication skills
Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks
Strong organizational skills
Computer literacy
Microsoft Word and Email efficiency
Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Preferred Experience/Skills

Working knowledge and experience with Filevine case management software
